Pay Your Bill Online
We offer two ways for you to pay your utility bill online:
1) Invoice Cloud portal Click Here for our online customer portal.
- This offers access to your account balance.
- There is a 3.25% convenience fee for card with a minimum of $3 fee or $1.95 flat fee for paying with your checking account.
2) doxo portal Click here. (You need your full account number as listed on your bill)
- Bank account payments made through doxo are FREE of a service charge.
- Credit card, debit card, and Apple Pay payments will incur a convenience fee of 2.95% with a minimum of $2.95 fee.
- You can now set up autopay in doxo using your chosen payment type (including the zero-fee bank payments). You set up auto-pay during checkout when initiating your doxo payment.
- You can now also pay by phone through doxo's automated system. Call 541-249-5057 and have your full account number ready to enter on your phones key-pad.
- You must enter your Account Number exactly as it appears on your bill. Include all leading 0's in your Account Number, and disregard the dash (-) when inputting your account number into your phone keypad.
- The same fees apply if you use the pay by phone system. Bank payments are free, card payments will incur a transaction fee.

The City of Gold Hill, OR contracts with Southern Oregon Water Technology to operate the city's water plant.

Rogue Valley Sewer Services operates the city's sewer treatment system.
Power
Residents in Gold Hill, OR are serviced by Pacific Power for their electric utilities.
Trash
